brandon and i like to celebrate our own holidays. yesterday marked the one year anniversary of my first time through the temple. i received my endowments at the provo utah temple on march 1st, 2008. (fun fact: i was confirmed a member of the church while living in blue springs, missouri, on march 1st, 1992...exactly 16 years before. so i guess endowment day should really be called confirmation and endowment day. but whatev.)
my decision and preparation to be endowed was a challenging experience to say the least. it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life.
i figure that's worth celebrating.
