a craft store conversation...

yesterday was labor day which equals SALES in the retail world...so my husband kindly accompanied me to michael's and joann's.

i knew what i wanted, so our shopping time was quite brief. as i finished picking out my few purchases at our last stop, the following conversation ensued:

me: "okay, i think that's it. anything you want to look at?"

brandon: (with a straight face) "oh, yeah. i've really been wanting a doily."

haha. nice, hun.

don't i have a great husband? he willingly frequents craft stores with minimal complaining and a few good wisecracks.
