shipping & handling FAIL...

i ordered some inexpensive crafting supplies from a "certain" company. (see photo below.) the shipping was flat rate, so i made sure to order several things so it was worth the money.

this large box arrived in the mail today.
i got a knife...

cut through the packing tape...

opened the flaps...

took out the air pocket packaging thingys...

and saw this:
um...seriously?!

THEY FORGOT TO PUT MY ORDER IN THE BOX.

out of all the things i ordered i got one teensy packet of pearl embellishments in a giant box.

{you've got to be kidding me.}

customer service kindly offered to refund the money to my card or send me a gift card for the purchase amount. i reminded her that i had just paid shipping & handling charges to ship a practically empty box...

the rest of my order is (hopefully) on it's way.
