so it turns out i suck at blogging...

big surprise there. i never write in my journal either. oh well.
so....brandon and i got engaged on June 20th, 2008. yay!



brandon was going out of town the next week, so he made dinner reservations at the roof restaurant in the joseph smith memorial building on that premise...but then he popped the question before dinner while we were out on temple square. i was so excited...i jumped up and down :)

so we're getting married in the salt lake temple on october 11th, 2008. we'll be living in a 2 bedroom/1.5 bath condo we're renting just off of center street in provo. brandon will still be working full-time as a network engineer for BYU and trying to finish school, while I'll still be molding young minds at pleasant grove high school. brandon will be living in our new place and i'll be crashing with my fellow-art-teacher and friend, sari.

we've faced a little frustration waiting for our condo to be ready...it's a brand new complex and they are behind schedule. however, brandon and i have had a lot of fun picking out furniture and decor for our home. i love designing stuff like that and brandon has been very supportive of my ideas. he's great. :)
